Baked with only 6 basic ingredients (which is phenomenal!!!) by the Japanese baker. The most authentic “Shokupan” there is and delivered fresh from the bakery. This thick cut slice toasted is so delicious it reminds you the Japanese cafe. Best find ever!

Freezer to microwave- 40 seconds and the bun is soft. The purple yam filling is mostly in the middle of the bun and isn’t too sweet. It’s ok. Probably won’t repurchase.

It's delicious. It's a little thin, so I wish you would slice it a little thicker. And when I put it in the toaster, it's too long to fit, so the top part doesn't toast, so it's a size that's inconvenient to toast at once. If you make it a little thicker and slice it to fit the basic toaster, I think I'll buy it more often.
