- I created lots of desserts using this ube extract! I made ube halaya that became the filling for my ube cupcake, ube layered cake and ube-cheese pandesal. I also used it for my frosting and even bilo bilo! I don't know why, but the bilo bilo with ube extract had better texture than the plain one. It was softer, chewier! I used other brand before, one that I got from an asian store but I prefer this brand, being a Filipino I can attest that it has more authentic ube flavor Also I noticed I didn't even need to put food color most of the time since it already gave my bakes that purple tinge that's so reminiscent of ube.
- The best for that authentic ube flavor! A little goes a long way and it’s perfect for ube desserts, breads, and cakes. Definitely my go-to!
- good ube flavor.....
- this is good ,now i can make ube flavored dessert I'm excited for this thanks
- i love how concentrated this ube flavoring. i always used this to my ube cringkles.
- Been wanting ube flavor to use for cookies. This is a great addition!
