Great size, perfect for two
This was my first time buying turbot, and it was very fresh. It was so big I had to cut it into two pieces to steam. Steamed for 9 minutes after the water boiled, it was delicious! The two of us devoured it in one meal!
Wow, this is a huge fish! So we're going to eat it in two meals. Today I steamed it; there was a lot of fish meat, but the texture wasn't particularly tender. I'll use the remaining half to make pan-fried turbot.

The packaging was leaking air. I opened it and frantically washed and scraped the fish scales, adding scallions, ginger, and cooking wine twice, but it was still very fishy. I won't buy it again.
