Ingredients for Peanut Sauce For 4 people 5 tablespoons of soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter 1 teaspoon of roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of minced chili 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of cooking oil Put 5 tablespoons of soy sauce in a blender, add 8 tablespoons of filtered water and blend until smooth. Blending soy sauce Peanut Sauce Put a pan on the stove over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan, wait for the oil to heat up, then add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. When the garlic is fragrant, add the ground soy sauce, add peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir well until the sauce thickens slightly, then season to taste and turn off the stove. When serving, pour the sauce into a bowl, add crushed roasted peanuts and chopped chili to enjoy the delicious taste. The peanut sauce has a delicious taste with a little bit of the fatty aroma of peanut butter, the rich roasted peanuts, and the spicy taste of chili.
