This is our everyday soy sauce and the backbone of basically all our Cantonese cooking. It's naturally brewed, and you can taste the difference. Clean and savory, with just the right amount of saltiness rather than that harsh bite cheaper bottles have. It adds real umami to everything: stir-fries, steamed fish, a quick dipping sauce with a little vinegar. My tip is to add it toward the end of cooking so the aroma stays bright instead of cooking off. The glass bottle feels quality and the price is fair for how much we use. This is the one I reach for daily and will keep rebuying.
