So good! The fish was incredibly tender with no fishy smell at all. The portion size was also much bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to prepare and tasted delicious. I only added little bit of salt and lemon. Definitely something I would buy again!

They say mero is called the "butter of the sea," and it really was soft and delicious! I baked it in the air fryer at 390F for 15 minutes before eating it. The portion is generous, so if you eat it as a side dish, you can split it into 2 or 3 meals!
This is a very special seafood. Toothfish is already rare. and the part (collar) makes this even more special. Chewy in texture, full of umami. The portion is good - it can feed about 2 person.
I love this Chilean sea bass!!! Very soft, savory and juicy! I air-fried this to make it crispy outside, tender inside. Love it! And it's cheaper than when we eat at the restaurant. Totally worth it

Grilled flatfish is so delicious! My husband, who doesn't usually eat grilled fish (he never eats the skin), ate the flatfish bones too I put a little oil on medium heat, covered it with a kitchen towel, and grilled it until golden brown. Then I added a little salt and half a spoon of butter for more flavor. I wanted to upload a picture of the finished product, but I was so absorbed in eating that I only have pictures of the cooking process ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ It's grilled fish, but there's no smoke, and there's no fishy smell after eating it all. It's light and savory~~~ Next time, I'll buy two packs and have my husband and I fight it out separately.
