So good! The fish was incredibly tender with no fishy smell at all. The portion size was also much bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to prepare and tasted delicious. I only added little bit of salt and lemon. Definitely something I would buy again!

They say mero is called the "butter of the sea," and it really was soft and delicious! I baked it in the air fryer at 390F for 15 minutes before eating it. The portion is generous, so if you eat it as a side dish, you can split it into 2 or 3 meals!
This is a very special seafood. Toothfish is already rare. and the part (collar) makes this even more special. Chewy in texture, full of umami. The portion is good - it can feed about 2 person.
I love this Chilean sea bass!!! Very soft, savory and juicy! I air-fried this to make it crispy outside, tender inside. Love it! And it's cheaper than when we eat at the restaurant. Totally worth it
