This is my first time buying this dried tofu strips. They're made in Taiwan. They're delicious when served cold or as a tofu salad. I love them and will definitely buy them again.
Looks good, long shelf life, will take my time eating it.
It was really chewy. It had a bit of a paper-like texture, but I still found it edible. I'd rather have tofu noodles; I just can't eat the other noodle substitutes. I'm thinking about trying to cook them so they're less chewy next time.
Add it to braised dishes, and it will be flavorful and delicious.
In summer, I like to eat cold shredded tofu with carrots and celery. Lotus brand shredded tofu is good, but it's twice as expensive as Jinbao brand for the same amount, which is a bit of a concern for a tofu lover like me.
It was my first time trying tofu noodles. I ate them expecting regular tofu, but they were a bit chewier than I thought.
