Delicious! These strips of tofu skin can be cooke directly from frozen. They make a good vegetarian (or gluten-free) substitute for fish cakes (eomuk) in tteokbokki.
I soak it in water beforehand to thaw and soften it, and I add it whenever I want to make Mala Xiang Guo. It's nice and tender.

The individual packaging makes it very convenient to use. The pieces don't stick together when opening, so they don't tear, and I was able to use them all. I'll buy it again.
