This one turned out pretty much the same. The surface layer was a bit yellow and hard. I added Taishan peanut soup.
I added unsweetened soy milk, but the ratio was wrong, so it's too thin. Also, this powder has a chemical taste.
First time buying , will see what it offers
Make sure to cook it to a boil according to the instructions on the back before turning off the heat and letting it cool. Then add the tofu powder water. The resulting tofu pudding will taste just like the ones you buy outside. (I used Fulinmen soy milk from Dahua, which has a higher protein content.)
I bought it because it looked delicious.
Not bad! I've bought similar Taiwanese tofu powder before. It was delicious. I haven't tried this one yet. Hopefully it will be good too.
