I feel more at ease knowing the quality of the soft tofu is good and it's non-GMO. This time, I made a fragrant Mapo Tofu. I stir-fried a box of minced meat, added fermented bean paste and Mapo spices to enhance the aroma, then added diced tofu and cooked it briefly. Finally, I drizzled sesame oil on top, and it was such a delicious and appetizing dish!
