So, when I boiled the heads/shells of these Jumbo Tiger Shrimp to make a shrimp stock for one recipe and they produced such a wonderfully fragrant aroma, it prompted me to immediately pivot in favor of a NOLA-style seafood boil instead. Even though it didn't have every single thing, I would normally want in a seafood boil, the freshness and quality of the shrimp still made this phenomenal! I'll definitely be purchasing these again!

The prawn heads are absolutely amazing when fried and sprinkled with salt and pepper. The oil left over from frying the prawn heads can also be used to make delicious fried rice. The prawn meat can be used to make pasta. They're quite large!
