Love perilla leaves! Product arrived fresh, not a single leaf had to be discarded. Made Korean perilla leaves pickle, basically spreading/brushing tasty sesame soy seasoning sauce I made. After spreading seasoning on each leaf, the leaves are stacked together to allow the sauce to pickle/marinate the leaves. I’ll put the leaves in tight lidded container and place it in the fridge until ready to eat. This can be eaten right away or even a month later. It doesn’t really go bad. This pickled perilla leaves makes a great side-dish to rice.
