The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
I love roasted duck
The size is just right, not too fatty or too lean, suitable for both salted duck and braised duck.
It's smaller than I expected. It's the perfect size for two people. The skin was a bit thick, so it was hard to eat. Or maybe it needs to be baked until crispier. There is no smell.

It was frozen solid, so it took two days to thaw even in the refrigerator. I roughly removed the skin and made duck stew. It was tender, and adding medicinal herbs made the broth rich and delicious, so I often buy duck when it is on sale. I find stewed duck tastier than grilled duck.

Maple Leaf Farms' all-natural whole duck is a well-known premium duck product from North America. It uses White Pekin Ducks raised on family farms in Indiana, USA, renowned for their tender, flavorful meat with no gamey taste. It includes offal and neck. I used this duck to make salt-baked duck and char siu duck, both incredibly delicious.
