I've repurchased this product multiple times; it's a pretty good product.
This was my first time buying beef brisket here, and it was quite good.
The beef brisket has no excess fat. Excellent! Braised beef brisket, a taste I miss!
I bought this kind of beef once before, and my child said it was of very good quality.
This kind of beef brisket is better than the long strips; it has a good balance of lean and fat, and tastes great.
The piece of meat is big, I bought it to make pho.
The beef has tendons, which makes it very flavorful and delicious when braised.
It was a large piece of meat, very good quality, and with a lot of connective tissue. A lot of it was cut off.
It's delicious, especially the fascia part. I'll definitely buy it again.
