Quality of meat is really good! Very tasty!
It is pork belly with not much fat, but it is delicious.
This premium thick-cut pork belly is juicy and full of flavor. The thick slices stay tender on the inside while getting perfectly crispy on the outside. The balance of meat and fat is just right, making every bite rich without being too greasy. It tastes great with just a little salt, but it's also delicious wrapped in lettuce with your favorite sauces. It was easy to cook and turned out like restaurant-quality BBQ at home. I would definitely buy it again!
Good portion, came nicely sealed and still frozen
Very nice cut with perfect marbling. Shown here is after marinating in Kalbi sauce for 2 days. Turned out great and even tasted better. This is a great option to the often more expensive beef short ribs, plus this is boneless. Made my life much easier

these surprised me I didn't know they was shaped like this but I'ma marinate them and put on the grill
I use this to make pork tapa. This one’s frozen that’s why it looks a bit pale, but it’s so good. I just marinade it in equal parts of soy sauce, vinegar, and barbecue sauce, and a lot of onions and garlic.
My family loves this pork belly for samgyeopsal. Delicious!
