I made the traditional Filipino dish out this little shrimp called okoy. It turns out very crispy. Added some shredded red onions , cornstarch and baking soda, minced garlic , shredded carrots. You can add some veggies which ever you like.

This is my first time buying this type of shrimp. I'm not disappointed at all! The shrimp are fresh and delicious. They're also big, perfect for frying in Vietnamese savory pancakes or simmering with pork belly. I'll definitely buy again next time. You should buy them, the price is currently cheap.
My preferred shrimp to purchase on here. Smaller, but the taste is better than the larger ones.
