I used the leftover takoyaki topping, boiled the soy sauce, and added it to the marinade for marinated salmon and eggs. The marinade tasted even better than when I went through the trouble of grilling the green onions. It's nice that it's individually packaged.
I keep repurchasing this because each packet contains just 2.5 grams, which is a convenient amount to use up in one sitting.
