This was my first time buying Weiquan Taiwanese Juicy Sausage. It was a bit oily, so I boiled it until it was about 70% cooked, then pan-fried it until golden brown. The texture was okay; the skin was a bit chewy and difficult to cut, so you can eat it whole without slicing it.
