The noodles are springy and chewy, with a rich sesame flavor and a hint of spiciness. Simply blanch the noodles and mix with the sauce. Quick and easy.

When I microwaved it there was a leak of something everywhere. Be cautious if that. The taste is nice and has a nice szechuan kick and noodles have a nice chew. Its good for a frozen soupless tantanmen product
