Hot pot broth that isn't too spicy
It smells delicious, but the flavor seems a bit lacking, so I added glass noodles, fresh bean curd buns, and baby corn.
The taste is authentic; eating hot pot on a cold day is super refreshing.

This is my first time buying it; it's made in Taiwan. I hope it tastes good.
I also added enoki mushrooms and meat. There were 5 pieces of stinky tofu, 1 piece of tofu skin (?), and half a corn cob. It was mildly spicy. It had the aroma of stinky tofu, but the tofu itself didn't taste like stinky tofu; it had a texture more like frozen tofu. It was different from what I usually eat, and I didn't really like the texture. It could be used as a stinky hot pot base for one person.
The new brand is on the market, and my husband, who loves spicy stinky tofu, is doing a very thorough unboxing. It's actually quite similar to another flavor, but this one is packaged in smaller portions, making it suitable for small families or individual pots.
It has a strong Taiwanese flavor, a taste I really miss.
