I often cook beef noodles at home, and this time I tried this braising spice packet, which was quite good. The main surprise was that the packet came in a cotton cloth bag, so I didn't have to specifically switch to a stainless steel container. I was previously worried that the plastic coating might leach out from the tea bag type.
