This is the first time I've ever had such mini and adorable pan-fried buns! Despite their small size, the filling is just as delicious as regular pan-fried buns. The filling is primarily made with classic, savory pork, incredibly flavorful and juicy; each bite releases a burst of flavorful broth. The buns are already seasoned, so they're delicious even without dipping sauce. I pan-fried them in a frying pan with oil, frying the bottoms until slightly browned, then added water and simmered them briefly. The preparation method is simple, and my family loved them.
