It said "Wyeonpun" so I thought it was wide flat noodles, but it is thin. It is thicker than glass noodles, but it is still chewy.

I made the biggest stirfry of japchae and these noodles were perfectly chewy, glossy and delicious. That would’ve been great it was if they put how long to boil the noodles for on the packaging. Either way it was a success.
If you make Korean-style mixed vegetable glass noodles, you need to cook them for a while to make them soft.

It's hard to buy cold noodles here. I used to look for this kind of noodles that tasted like the Northeastern style, but I couldn't find it. This one can be taken out of the refrigerator whenever I want to make it. It's convenient and delicious.
Awesome big pulled skin! The texture of pulled skin is almost the same as the one bought in the store.
