I made the biggest stirfry of japchae and these noodles were perfectly chewy, glossy and delicious. That would’ve been great it was if they put how long to boil the noodles for on the packaging. Either way it was a success.
If you make Korean-style mixed vegetable glass noodles, you need to cook them for a while to make them soft.

I bought this to put in shabu-shabu because it was on sale.
It tastes good no matter what you put it in~ Maybe because I boiled it for too long, it wasn't as chewy as I expected.
