Got the swai fish for a second time it’s fresh and good marinated it with salt, cumin powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corriander powder and pepper powder along with crushed garlic and cilantro greens and a dash of lemon juice with any oil for 15 minutes and pan fried. Goes well with brown rice or white rice

Good taste! Third times buying this
This is high-quality frozen mackerel. The fish was pre-cleaned very thoroughly and didn't have a strong fishy smell. It had been out of stock for a while, so I'm happy to be able to eat it again. The fillets seem to be a bit larger than before, and the presentation is excellent.
It's mackerel, and it should be considered fresh. Be careful of the bones.
