It tastes great when cooked with bok choy or Shanghai cabbage! The vegetarian meat itself tastes very good, slightly sweet. I personally season it with some soy sauce and Lao Gan Ma, and it tastes great! Can buy again

What can I say, the packaging is so misleading, the taste is ok, but it is vegetarian beef!!

I bought it without really knowing what was in it, comparing the description and photo on the box with the photos in the reviews. The box says "medley of fresh vegetables," but they're not as fresh as they look in the photos. They're frozen, after all. As the ingredients on the back say, it contains shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and daikon radish, but the amount is small, and I think they were pretty mushy when frozen. The photo I uploaded was after I'd microwaved it and peeled off the plastic wrap. It wasn't bad, but I still wanted some meat. I had a half-cooked fried egg on top. You could grill your own meat and top it with this, but I think it's better to prepare your own vegetables and gochujang.

Super delicious, very oily and sugary, 500 calories per piece, but very fragrant. Perfect for two people to share. I would buy it again if there were a discount.

The texture is somewhat like beef. You can add some side dishes yourself, but it's still quite salty even with side dishes.

That’s half the packet I warmed up to go with some macaroni! From previous experience, one bag is about two or three servings if included in a balanced meal. The flavor easily makes this one of my favorite meat substitutes. Tastes just like bbq and the smoky flavor is really rich.
