Wei-Chuan is such a trusted brand in my house. And these are so easy to make using a steamer basket. It says pre-steamed which means it just needs to be heated through as they are fully cooked. Took 10 min to be ready. In my photo these are extra plump because I left them steaming for 15 min. Perfect for when you’re craving a little dim sum taste.
