This tofu is delicious, and it was packaged very carefully, so it didn't break.
I sprayed oil on the surface of the tofu and then heated it in an air fryer. Initially, the temperature I set seemed too low, so I increased it to 400 degrees Celsius. The tofu puffed up after baking, and the inside was soft and tender. However, it didn't make a particularly special soup. I prefer the results of cooking with an air fryer.
This tofu is delicious, very creamy inside, but you should heat the oil in the pan until it's hot and space the tofu pieces a little apart to prevent them from sticking together. I put too much in, and the tofu stuck together when I tried to flip it, causing it to break apart, so it wasn't as creamy anymore.
The tofu was good I like it
After air frying for about ten minutes, it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A few drops of soy sauce and a spoonful of mushroom sauce made it delicious!

Each bag contains 330 grams, individually frozen for easy access, and doesn't take up much space in the freezer. This doesn’t have cooking directions. I baked for 15 min- then basted with my char siu sauce and air fried. This is really good.
