Yeosu steamed scallop meat was so convenient to use since it’s already pre-steamed. I just rinsed it 2–3 times under water, then mixed it with seasoning and it was ready to eat—super easy. I ordered it out of curiosity, but it was surprisingly good. I seasoned it simply with garlic, soy sauce, green onion, and perilla oil, and it turned out so flavorful and delicious. Definitely a pleasant surprise!
I added boiled scallops sautéed in butter to the mulhoe, and it was the absolute delicacy! I think it would be delicious just sautéed in butter and served over rice, but eating it in mulhoe made it even more unique and tasty.
