I do not even know where to start. I love Bao and these are good. Soft and good texture. so easy to heat up and they stay soft a doughy. I couldn't wait to try and just microwaved a piece of breaded chicken the bao and some hoison sauce. Can't wait till I have time to.really make them.yummy.

They are also a hit as an appetizer for gatherings or pata, so give them a try! There are quite a lot of bao buns in one bag, and you just need to steam them lightly before using them.
