The pea flour was great, we've used it all up.
Summer is here, and pea flour is the best ingredient for making jelly. Mix it with water in a 1:6 ratio, put it in a pot of cold water and stir constantly until it boils and turns transparent. Then remove it from the heat and pour it into a container to cool. It always works.
