I just steam or boil them and eat it with spicy sour red pepper sauce or stir fry it with veggies in a spicy gochoochang sauce and serve with rice. I will never buy this again. It was a waste of my entire pot of ingredients. This squid smelled terrible, like chemical pollution! It made the whole dish smell awful! I even blanched it in water, but the whole kitchen still smelled like that! The smell was just like the strong odor of hair dye after it's been applied to hair in a salon! I even wanted to ask for a refund.
