It’s already cleaned, cut, and scored, so I could just add it to the pot with vegetables and mushrooms. The pieces cooked quickly and had a nice chewy texture. A bag also goes a long way since you can take out only what you need and keep the rest frozen. I’d buy this again for malatang, hot pot, or seafood stir-fries!
