Although it's supposed to be hot pot noodles, I added a lot of vegetables, so after cooking it's more like a spicy hot pot. It's delicious, and the broth has a very authentic spicy hot pot flavor, which I really like. It's also very convenient to use for cooking hot pot without having to season it yourself.
