I think this sauce tastes the best when making Mala Xiang Guo!!
There are two packages of oil and the flavor is great. I like to save some of the leftover oil and use to fry tofu or meat for a second meal too. This is not the healthiest food so I add lots of veggies to balance it out a bit haha.

Today I made spicy hotpot with Wangjiadu spicy hotpot base. I can’t eat such strong flavors, so I only used half of the base and it tasted pretty good.
