Personally, I really love raw fish cold noodles, so when they were on sale at such a great price, I bought two packs without hesitation. Morangak cold noodles are famous for being delicious, and since this is my first time trying the raw fish cold noodles, I am looking forward to it being tasty.

I was expecting more slurry soup base and less of the red spicy sauce. The packet was only the spicy sauce and I added water on my own to dilute it cause it was too spicy and a bit sweet for me. Otherwise, these noddles cook really quick and it was real easy to make

The sauce is well balanced (bit spicier than others) and there's more than enough to fully coat the noodles for flavor, closest to restaurant quality at home. Nori/sesame seeds packet is also better portioned than others to add savoriness. Add some cucumbers, an egg, drizzle sesame oil and voila!
