This barbecue seasoning has a strong spicy flavor and is great for grilling meat and vegetables. I also tried sprinkling it on fries, and it was surprisingly delicious. The flavor is quite strong, so you don't need to use too much at once.
Made this with Fish tofu, definitely has a good kick. The mix is a little grainy? so it doesn't stick too well on your food. Suggestion: if you own a pestle and mortar or any kind of spice grinder, run it thru until you get a powder consistency (picture shows the results after using a pestle and mortar)
