I used it to make braised duck tongues, but the flavor was a bit bland and lacked character. It only became a little tastier after I added homemade fermented bean paste, dried chili peppers, hawthorn berries, etc. I think it's better to braise them yourself with spices.

The main surprise was that the packet came in a cotton cloth bag, so I didn't have to specifically switch to a stainless steel container.
