I bought it because it was cheap, but the expiration date is only 10/10.
I bought five packs during the sale; they expire on October 10th.
Seeing that it doesn't expire until October, it looks great. Not only can you eat it, but you can also use it as fertilizer. It's on sale, such a great deal!
I bought this because it was on sale and I thought it was kinako (roasted soybean flour), but it seems to be a little different. Judging from the color, it looks like powdered dried soybeans. However, since we make soy milk at home, it might be good because it saves us the trouble of grinding it ourselves. I'll try making soy milk with this!
