So easy to whip up quick, delicious meals with this one little base - soybean soup (된장찌게)/crab jigge (꽃게탕), spinach miso (시금치 국), ssamjang (쌈장), anything as regular miso. You can get away with using this as is because it's already seasoned/flavored but with some additional minced garlic, green onions etc, it balances out really nicely. It has a Serrano pepper equivalent/Korean cheongyang 청양 peppers for a clean, refreshing kick, not at all overly spicy (맛잇게 칼칼 해요!)
