Soft and smooth
Today I made ramen-style somen noodles using somen noodles I had at home. I just made the soup and boiled them. It turned out surprisingly well. Easy and delicious.
I bought it to eat Janchi Guksu and Bibim Guksu!!
It wasn't as much as I thought. I boiled two batches and ate them, and I got exactly two bowls. I put salt and noodles in boiling water, and when it started to boil, I added half a cup of cold water, and when it started to boil again, I took it out, and it was cooked just right. The noodles were chewy and delicious!

Love the amount of protein in this! I added some sliced cucumbers and a soy sesame sauce.
Eat more if it's delicious, buy more if it's good! But don't overcook or over-process food. For baby food, it's best to leave out the salt.
