I’m very pleased with the Snake Gourds I received. I have eaten this in years, and am happy that I can get it from Weee. After scraping the thin layer of skin off, removed the seeds and thinly sliced. I fried it up with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, eddoes, and cilantro. This was served with steamed rice. Everyone enjoyed it. I will definitely be repurchasing this squash.

One pound of snake gourd, produced in the USA, is one of my family's favorite vegetables lately. Each serving contains two gourds of varying thickness and length. They feel a bit soft to the touch, and when cut open, they have seeds. After peeling, they can be stir-fried or used in cold dishes, and they have a unique, refreshing aroma.

I haven’t eaten snake gourd in more than years than I can remember; was very happy when I saw it on Weee. It came nicely packaged in ice(as always, with frozen products) I cooked it with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and green onions. Tastes just like I remember. It can be served with rice, roti, a wrap, or just in a bowl and a spoon. I served it with basmati rice and fried swai. It was delicious and satisfying ??. I cleaned the plate. Will definitely repurchase when needed.??
I made a side dish with this vegetable, adding Indian spices and grated coconut. Adding coconut gives a rich taste and a distinct flavor to the dish. I used coconut oil to fry the condiments for enhance the flavor.

Left it out for too long but still good for cooking
The name says it all, it's the size of an orange. I'm just saying this in case you're thinking the same thing as me.
