Very useful, very suitable for scooping dumplings
This scoop is the perfect size when I am cooking for one person. So convenient to scoop smaller items out of the broth without having to use my big sieve. The design is very thoughtful too, there is a notch at the back so it doesn't fall into the pot or rock around on the counter. It is heat safe to 320F.

Why is it so easy to use? I just discovered it now. It is made in Japan. The depth and size are just right. I like it so much.
