I bought this pork tenderloin again; it was not only affordable but also very fresh. Unlike some supermarkets that artificially color it, this one didn't have a fishy smell, and the fat-to-lean ratio was just right. After marinating, I divided it into portions for later use; it's very convenient to use whenever stir-frying vegetables.
The pre-cut meat strips are very convenient. I'll definitely repurchase this product. (Sharpie on one side serves as a scale.)

It's easier to store in sections, and it's great for stir-frying green peppers and shredded pork.
I used 2cm thick pork tenderloin cutlets. I was worried about the calories, but I fried them in a small amount of oil and finished them in the air fryer just before eating. They turned out very tender. Incidentally, when I made roast pork with this meat, it was dry. However, when I sliced it thinly and ate it that way, it was refreshing and quite good. I would like to use this again!
