I bought another Little Sheep Wagyu beef hot pot slice last time and it was pretty good, so I'm trying this one instead.
I usually buy lamb, but this was my first time trying beef! Although it was a bit pricey, it was totally worth it – not as fatty as beef in the US and incredibly flavorful.

I ordered this beef tongue again immediately after trying it once. It's rare to find beef that really tastes like this; unlike some restaurants where you can't tell if it's beef tongue or beef.
It's thin and there's not much of it, but I buy it occasionally when I'm craving beef tongue.
