It's perfect as a light lunch or dinner side dish. And it tastes great! I use an air fryer.
Perhaps because the oil temperature was too low, or because I put all three in at once, they became soft and mushy while frying. But they tasted good.
Kids love to serve curry udon noodles with croquettes.
Heat the air fryer thoroughly, then pan-fry it briefly in a skillet – perfect!
