If you want to make rice paper rolls, it's more convenient to just buy these shrimp.
i thaw it out overnight in the fridge & have it for breakfast (believe it or not- hey, breakfast is breakfast!) over lightly seasoned rice with vinegar & wasabi & lime ponzu sauce! oh, I also have eggs & toast with it!
