There are 6 shrimp cakes in the box. The shrimp cake is great to eat with rice or noodles but NOT to eat by itself as an appetizer since it's a bit SALTY. The texture: a bit chewy & spongy. The taste: it tastes more like the featherback FISH paste than the shrimp paste to me. A little bit over sweeten & salty.
