It arrived frozen solid, so it was safe to eat. I made boiled pork with it, and the meat was tender and good—but there wasn't enough fat, so I found it a bit dry... haha.
I was able to make enough of char siu buns or steamed siopaos with this meat. Though I forgot to take photos of the raw meat and the packaging as I got way to excited to start cooking haha But here's one way to prepare this meat as shown in my photos. Overall, good quality, generous quantity and definitely will buy again!
