I used Zhou Hei Ya's braising sauce to make lotus root slices, wood ear mushrooms, and bean curd sheets. The taste was good, just a bit spicy. I personally can't handle spicy food very well, but this level of spiciness is acceptable to most people. I would definitely repurchase. Thank you to the platform for sharing such a great product.
The taste is good, indeed the same as Zhou Hei Ya (a famous braised duck brand). A small tip: if you're braising a lot of food and adding a lot of broth, you'll need to add a little salt as needed.
I used Zhou Hei Ya (a brand of braised duck necks) to make a pot of braised duck necks, lotus root, pork belly, and eggs.
